How are the puzzles delivered?

Your curated puzzle books will be lovingly packed and shipped right to your doorstep. We take care of the hassle so you can focus on the fun!

When will my box be shipped and how long will it take to arrive?

Your first BoxyPuzzles box will be shipped out immediately after ordering, and you should receive it within a few days. Recurring monthly boxes are generally sent out on a set monthly date (From the 3rd to the 6th of every month)— check your confirmation email for details.

How much does the shipping cost?

Shipping is always FREE at BoxyPuzzles.com

How do I change my address?

To update your shipping address, email support (support@boxypuzzles.com) or log in to your BoxyPuzzles account and update your subscription details.

Do you offer international shipping?

Not at the moment, only shipping to the USA.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept all major credit cards. Other payment options like PayPal may also be available depending on your region.

Is billing automatic, and when will the charge occur?

Yes — billing is automatic. You’ll be charged when you sign up, and then on the same billing date each month (The 3rd of each month).

Will the price of future boxes change if I got them at a sale price?

No — the price you pay when you sign up will remain the same for the duration of your subscription. Unless there is a special offer which can last for a limited time. Refer to the offer details for more clarification.

I signed up near the end of the month. Why wasn’t I charged again the next month?

To avoid charging too close together, your first box may count as that month’s box. Your next charge will occur on the scheduled billing date the following month. For example, of you order on the 28th of January, you will not be charged again until March 3rd. Unless you specify in the order notes that you would like this month’s box, and be charged again for next month’s box. Otherwise, we will wait until the next billing cycle to charge your card.

How do I update my credit card information?

You can update your payment details by updating your information in your BoxyPuzzles account dashboard.

My credit card is being declined. What should I do?

If a card is declined, your bank may require personal authorization before allowing the payment. Contact your credit card provider for help.
